From a slow drain to a full riser replacement, Harlow Plumbing Co. handles the plumbing that comes up when an apartment is being bought, sold or renovated in Manhattan. The team knows pre-war cast-iron and galvanized lines, works around co-op building rules and super schedules, and files with the DOB when a job needs a licensed master plumber. Agents call them when a buyer's inspection flags a leak and the closing date can't move.
