Do customers pay anything?

No. Finding a pro and requesting quotes is always free.

Is there a contract?

No. Every plan is month to month, with no setup fee.

Why do pros pay different prices?

Prices follow the value of the work. A roofing or kitchen job is worth far more than a cleaning visit, so major-project trades pay more and everyday trades pay less. You still get every quote request with no per-lead fees.

Can I pay to show up first?

No. Pros are listed A to Z, and no plan or add-on changes that. Add-ons buy more ad reach, never a higher spot in the list.

Why do agents pay?

So the trust is real. Agents pay for their own page and ads, and they pay for their name on their team's ads. Pros' money never funds an agent, so when an agent stands behind a pro, it's because of the work.

How do I join as a pro?

Join through an agent's invite link, or sign up and ask an agent who knows your work to vouch for you. We check your license, insurance and business registration before your page goes live.

When does billing start?

Only after your page is approved and live. Nothing is charged when you sign up.
